How We Create Our Dog Beds

Collecting Waste Tires
We collect our waste tires from Budh International Circuit. The F1 racetrack in Greater Noida, sees thousands of tires wasted per year from events.

Our other source of tires is local tire shops in Delhi NCR
Cutting and Cleaning
We cut the tire open to accommodate the fabric.
We look for sharp rubber ends and cut them to ensure the tire is smooth and safe.
Painting and Disinfecting
We spray paint the tires white for a more sophisticated look and disinfect the tires for additional safety.
Inserting Beds
We collect waste mattresses from textile factories in Delhi NCR and glue them inside the tires to create the beds.
